The Return Policy of Rascal-bikes.com
is based on the Czech Civil Code and the European Consumer Law and applies only on the goods sold by the seller Rascal Bikes s r.o., Svatopetrská 35/7, 617 00 Brno, Czech Republic.
It also applies only on the sold goods of which the complaint is drawn up in the warranty period (2 years). Please read the information thoroughly:
Agreement with the Return Policy
With the receiving of the invoice or receiving of the ordered goods from the carrier and signing of the receipt, the customer agrees with the Return Policy. Receipt of the goods is understood as the moment when the customer accepts the delivery from the carrier.
When can I file a complaint?
Before accepting the delivery from the carrier, the customer is obliged to check, if the delivered goods are not noticeably damaged and if they meet the parameters set by the seller. If the delivered goods are noticeably damaged, the customer shall not accept them and is obliged to contact the seller. If the customer finds out any difference between the delivered goods and the entries on the invoice, or if he has not received any invoice, he is obliged to inform the seller as soon as possible. Later complaints may not be handled.

For the reparation during the warranty period, only whole (complete) goods wrapped in a (if possible the original) box accompanied by the proper documentation will be accepted. The claims for replacement or reparation can only be made at the address of the place of business:

We will however not accept complaints especially if these were caused by:
- incorrect use of the product
- unauthorized servicing
- use of the product after the discovery of fault
- mechanical damage beyond the regular wear and tear
Likewise, we will not accept returned goods without invoice or after the end of the warranty period (after 2 years from the moment of the purchase).
The rights for returning goods expire after the end of the warranty period.
We will make a decision regarding your complaint without delay. The processing of the complaint including the remedy of the defect will not exceed 30 days. Otherwise, you shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract. It is necessary for you to provide us with the assistance required to meet the above time limit. Photographic evidence of the damage possibly speeds up the claim resolution.
