INDEMNIFICATION: User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rascal Bikes, its employees, directors, contractors and agents from and against any third party claim, damages, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees), arising from or related to use of this website.
Rascal Bikes does not sell products for purchase by children under 18 without parental consent. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Rascal Bikes is not responsible for any damages that may result from misrepresentation of age by a user of our website.
LIABILITIES ISSUES: Customer Acknowledges that sellers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, conseqential or exemplare damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses (even if the seller has been advised of the possibilty of such damages), or personal injuries or death resulting from use or sale of the seller's merchandise.
CONDITIONS OF USE: Rascal Bikes as a convenience to you, grants you access to its website www.rascal-bikes.com/en. You may access and use the site only in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and with these Conditions of Use. You acknowledge and agree that Rascal Bikes, in its sole discretion and without notice or any further obligation to you, may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue and refuse any and all current and future, access to or use of the Sites. Any unauthorized use of the site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Conditions of Use, will result in you being banned from use of the site, and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes.
The Content and the site, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of Rascal Bikes
TRADEMARKS: All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos and trade dress, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the "Marks") that appear on the Sites are proprietary to Rascal Bikes s.r.o. or the collaboration partners mentioned by the product.
SUBSCRIPTION: By manually subscribing to Rascal Bikes newsletter you agree to receive promotional information from Rascal Bikes to your email address. You can unsubscribe from receiving this newsletter any time by clicking ''unsubscribe'' in the lower part of each newsletter sent by Isadore Apparel.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are calculated and updated according to the offers from transport companies. Rascal Bikes does not guarantee the long term price of shipping. Price can be changed on website without notice. You can track your order at any time, simply by clicking on the tracking number received in your shipment confirmation email. Please note that your package will be shipped from Czech Republic, Europe. Therefore, for your package to be processed and arrive, allow 2 business days when shipping to Czech Republic, 3-4 business days when shipping within EU, 10 - 14 business days when shipping outside of Europe. For orders outside of Europe, shipping costs and custom fees will be calculated separately.
We can dispatch orders on working days only. International package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Rascal Bikes is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Rascal Bikes cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be.

We ship to most countries in the world with DHL or DSV.

PAYMENT, PRICING & INVOICE
All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment service providers. Prices for products are quoted on our website in CZK/Euro/USD/. In addition to the price of the products, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds. The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable). Payment for all products must be made by credit, debit card or bank transfer. We cannot view and have no access to data on your card. Prices for products are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts which have come into force.
WEBSITE AND PAYMENT SECURITY: All information is transmitted via an encrypted connection certified by GoPay. We begin to process your order upon GoPay authorization of the transaction. I N V O I C E : Shortly after submitting your order, you will be notified about your purchase via email from our email address info@rascal.cz. You will always receive full commercial invoice together with your shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good). Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges and exchanged goods must be shipped back with delivery confirmation. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our office. If you are going to return an item, please notify us by email at info@rascal.cz
RETURN POLICY: In case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the size doesn’t fit perfectly or you just changed your mind, your right for a refund is recognized up to 14 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good).
REFUND POLICY: Once the returned items reach us, we will process it as soon as possible. You will be notified via email about your refund status. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately, but it may take a few days for it show up on your credit card account. Each credit card company handles refunds differently so we cannot give precise times on when you will get your money back. We will always refund your order using the same payment method as you have used placing the order. Your right for a refund is recognized for up to 14 days of receipt (physical possession of the last good).
CANCELATION POLICY: You can cancel your order at anytime. However, once your order has been shipped you have to ship it back to Rascal Bikes office address and we will bear the cost of returning the goods. Once the canceled order will arrive at our office we will proceed with the refund of your canceled order. You are only liable for any diminished value of the items resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days on info@rascal.cz, , of your decision to withdraw from this order by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model of withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us in Rascal Bikes s.r.o., Svatopetrská 35/7, 617 00 Brno, Czech Republic without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this order, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

WARRANTY
It is our aim to make you a HAPPY CUSTOMER. We can however, not guarantee that our products will last forever!
Goods sold by Rascal Bikes are covered under the Czech Consumer Guarantees Law. We guarantee all purchased goods are of the quality represented and will be replaced or repaired if found detective, that is the usual procedure. At Rascal Bikes, ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECT YOU NOTE ON YOUR GARMENT WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS, NO QUESTIONS A SKED, WE SIMPLY EXCHANGE IT FOR A NEW ONE.
LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover:
â–Ľ Normal wear and tear of components.
â–Ľ Damage and losses caused by crashes or improper use (any use which is deemed by Rascal Bikes to contradict intended use).
â–Ľ Damage and losses caused by failure to follow the instructions and guidance in this user manual or the bike assembly instructions.
â–Ľ Damage and losses caused by a lack of, or improper maintenance and regular servicing.
â–Ľ Mechanical damage caused by the placement of accessories on the frame or handlebars (locks, baskets, etc).
The customer is responsible for the cost of any work associated with repairing or replacing damaged parts outside the warranty. The warranty does not cover the cost of transporting the bike to or from a Rascal Bikes approved service center or dealer.
Warranty conditions apply only to Rascal bikes sold and assembled, checked and serviced by an authorized Rascal Bikes dealer. These Rascal Bikes warranty terms and conditions replace all preceding versions, unless otherwise stated in this document.
Rascal Bikes is not responsible for any losses, damages or other costs incurred in connection with the use of their products. The liability of Rascal Bikes is expressly limited to the replacement of parts or goods, or compensation of an amount equal to the purchase price of such goods or parts. Any offer of replacement or compensation is subject to warranty conditions and the decision of Rascal Bikes.
USER GENERATED CONTENT
Rascal Bikes does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post on or through the Website. After posting your Content to the Rascal Bikes Website, you continue to retain any such rights that you may have in your Content, subject to the limited license herein. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Rascal Bikes Website, you hereby grant to Rascal Bikes a limited license to use, modify, delete from, add to, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on or through the Rascal Bikes Website, including without limitation distributing part or all of the Rascal Bikes Website in any media formats and through any media channels, except Content marked "private" will not be distributed outside the Website.
