Procedure for Exchanging and Returning the Purchased Products
If you are not fully satisfied with the item you have purchased, you may exchange it or return it for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
To exchange or return the item, send it to the company's address.

Before sending the item, please inform us via email at info@rascal.cz. Include details about the item you want to return. This will help speed up the whole process.
Do not forget to attach a filled Withdrawal Form to the shipment. The returned item must be in its original packaging and must not be used or damaged.
Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim
Is your purchased item damaged or not working? Here are the steps to take.

What to Check on the Arrival of Your Parcel
- When receiving the shipment from the carrier, carefully check the package. If the package is damaged, refuse to accept it and inform us via email at info@rascal.cz.
- If you have discovered a defect in the delivered item, document it immediately and inform us via email at info@rascal.cz. Do not forget to enclose photos and state the order number and your contact details. We will contact you to advise you on the next steps depending on the extent of the defect.
